About Nadine Wanczycki,
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

How I Can Support You
Are you feeling overwhelmed by stress or anxiety? Constantly pushing yourself to meet sky-high standards—always thinking you should be doing more or feeling like you're not doing good enough. Maybe you're running on empty, feeling exhausted, burnt out, irritable, or resentful. Or perhaps you're navigating a major life change and finding it harder to cope.

Whatever you're carrying, you don’t have to shoulder it alone. Therapy can be a space to slow down, gain insight, and get the support you need to get back to feeling like yourself again. I work collaboratively with clients to build coping tools, reduce emotional distress, and move toward greater clarity, balance, and well-being.
My Approach
I offer a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can show up as you are.

My approach to therapy is client-centred, humanistic, holistic, and integrative—meaning sessions are tailored to your unique needs and goals.

Some of the modalities I draw from include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS/parts work), mindfulness-based techniques, and art-based practices.

I believe in working together to help you reconnect with your strengths, process what’s been weighing on you, and create meaningful change at your own pace.

Who I Work With
I offer psychotherapy services to adult individuals and couples, in both French and English.

My areas of focus include: Anxiety, Stress/Burn-Out, Self-Esteem, Perfectionism, Imposter Syndrome, People-Pleasing, ADHD, Grief and Life Transitions.

Whether you’re seeking support for a specific concern or simply want to feel more grounded and connected, therapy can be a valuable step forward.
